- Eligibility and Adult Supervision
Purchases, account creation, newsletter subscriptions, and the submission of personal information are intended for adults.
Children should use Glimmerwick Tales activities and website features with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
- Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, illustrations, colors, dimensions, formats, and prices accurately.

Because many Glimmerwick Tales products contain original artwork, minor variations may occur between printed editions or production runs.

- Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other required fees will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Glimmerwick Tales does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping and Delivery
Physical products are currently shipped only to locations supported by the shipping options displayed during checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated or displayed before purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, unit, or other required delivery information.
Glimmerwick Tales is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of postal carriers, weather, holidays, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
When available, tracking information may be provided by email.
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at hello@glimmerwicktales.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of damaged or incorrect items and packaging when applicable
We will review the request and may offer a replacement, correction, refund, or other appropriate solution.
- Returns and Refunds for Physical Products
Return requests for eligible physical products must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Do not mail a return before contacting hello@glimmerwicktales.com and receiving return instructions.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Personalized, signed, clearance, or final-sale products may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.
Because access may be provided immediately, digital purchases are generally nonrefundable after the file, activity, or other digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
If a file is defective, inaccessible, or delivered incorrectly, contact hello@glimmerwicktales.com so we can assist with access or provide a replacement file.
Purchasing a digital product gives the customer a limited license for personal, noncommercial use only.
Digital products may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded to other websites, shared publicly, or used commercially without written permission.
- Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We may cancel and refund an order that has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once a physical order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return process.
Digital orders generally cannot be canceled after access or delivery has been provided.
